Strange Thing

In the early stages of the COVID‑19 outbreak in Wuhan, Japan was still quiet.As a Chinese witness to COVID‑19 bringing cities to a standstill, the place where I live was still functioning.I was overwhelmed by a huge sense of unreality. I tried to ease the discomfort of feeling powerless, but nothing could be done.I vainly opened Google Maps as an opportunity to approach reality to see what Wuhan was like on the web that I hadn't visited yet.  In the panoramic photos uploaded by users, many figures are distorted or disappearing due to data processing problems.What started out as a light-hearted travel photo turned into a slightly strange image.
Such strange images occasionally link panic with harsh reality.
Who are they?
What are they doing now?
I have no idea.
